TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service for Errands Unlimited LLC
Effective Date: February 10, 20261. Service Agreement
Errands Unlimited LLC provides professional courier and personal errand services. By requesting a pickup, you agree to these terms. We act as a delivery provider and are not responsible for the quality or warranty of goods purchased from third-party merchants.2. Pricing and Payments
• Standard Delivery: $10.00 base fee + $1.25 per mile.
• Elite Membership: $10.00 monthly subscription + $3.99 service fee + $1.25 per mile.
• Surcharges: A $5.00 surcharge applies to any delivery exceeding ten (10) miles from the pickup location.• Payments: All fees are due at the time of service request. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable.• Our Commitment to Our Drivers: At Errands Unlimited, we don't hide behind 'service fees.' Every mileage charge and 100% of your tips go towards providing a professional wage and ensuring our drivers’ vehicles are maintained to the highest safety standards. When you hire Errands, you are supporting a local team of professional couriers.3. Delivery Rules & Prohibited Items We do not transport illegal substances, hazardous materials, weapons, or items that exceed 50 LBs by weight and fit in a standard passenger vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse any delivery that deems a safety or legal risk.4. Independent Contractor Status Deliveries may be performed by independent contractors (1099). These individuals are responsible for the safe transport of your items in accordance with our luxury brand standards.5. Liability Limitation Errands Unlimited LLC is liable only for the cost of the delivery fee. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from delivery delays or merchant errors.6. Service Area
Services are currently limited to the Katy and Houston, Texas metropolitan areas.7. The Cancellation Clause
Membership Cancellation: Elite Members may cancel their subscription at any time by providing thirty (30) days' written notice to [email protected].
Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the billing cycle. Once the current cycle ends, the subscription will not renew, and membership benefits (including the $3.99 service fee rate) will be terminated.
